Privacy

This is a private document-extraction service operated by geduonyc.com for its own users. Accounts are created by the administrator; there is no public sign-up.

What is stored

Account details (email, password hash, two-factor settings), the documents users upload, the data extracted from them, and an audit log of actions. Users' own AI API keys, if added, are stored encrypted.

How it is used

Uploaded documents are sent to the AI provider the user or administrator selects (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) only to extract the requested fields. Data is not sold or shared with anyone else.

Backups

An encrypted backup of the service is stored nightly in a Google Drive account owned by the operator. The backup tool can only access the files it creates itself.
